Otipass Mobile App

In 2017 Paris, Bordeaux, La Métropole de Lille, Reims, Grenoble, Villeneuve sur Lot and Pass Alsace will publish an app on the Apple and Android stores to digitally promote their collectivity.

The Otipass mobile App is a tourist guide for travelers having bought an electronic City Pass. Once loaded on a smartphone, it is accessible even with no permanent Internet connection and complies with most tablets and smartphones of the market.

Tourist Offices may easily create and update the app without any particular IT skills thanks to the effective Otipass back-office. All updates are pushed on-line at once.

OTIPASS mobile app allows the traveler to:

• Consult the City Pass tourist offer (list of all accessible sites, museums, Points of Interest with pictures, opening hours and a lot of useful information to prepare the stay in advance)
• Receive in real-time on their smartphone notifications on all major events taking place in the city or close region that might have an interest to them : temporary exhibitions, schedule modifications, commercial offers, …
• When the app is associated to an existing City Pass: follow-up the Pass use (validity date, remaining and consumed services).
• And very soon the Pass itself will be digitized and available on smartphones !
