The AMC standard
The CNIL (the "digital police") imposes different identifiers for access to services in different sectors, such as swimming pools, waste collection centres, public transport, MaaS, and so on.
This is why, in 2016, the ADCET association, which brings together manufacturers and local authorities around the subject of citizen digital uses, succeeded in drawing up an AFNOR standard, the AMC NF 99 508 (Application Multiservices Citoyenne) standard. This standard describes a technical framework for providing access to different services in a given area via a single medium: a card or a mobile application.
Since then, many multi-service cards have been deployed across France using this standard.

The OTIPASS multiservice citizen platform.
OTIPASS, France's leading supplier of digital pass systems, specialises in tourist, cultural and mobility passes. In 2020, it launched a secure multiservice platform for the deployment of citizen pass-type devices. As a result, end-users can access a range of services offered by local authorities on a single platform, in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
