Single and essential tool for the reception and the experiment of the visitors, this new enriched version of the existing Grenoble Pass– it counts more than 40 partners - is now digitized on a single support. Reflection of the will of the Metropolis to reinforce its attractivity, this Pass facilitates the access to the grouped offer of the territory. It includes the tourist sites, cultural and of leisures of the widened metropolis, as well as the service Métrovélo and the Semitag transport network. Available in June, it will be distributed to the Tourist office of Grenoble and in the Offices of Tourist Information of the metropolis.
The tourist season has re-started in Alsace and Pass Alsace 2017 popped up! This tourist pass allows free access to the most amazing points of interest in Alsace. It is still available with a 24hours, 48hours or 3 days validity within a 14 days period, and has distinct tariffs for adults and children.
- Administration back office : Allows the global management of the platform by the Pass issuer community : pass life cycle, user accounts, partners sites, entry stats and reports, financial reports.
- Partners back office : is dedicated to sites managers, allowing follow up of Pass activities and to pass controllers and vendors. Pass may be sold and checked via a PC + usb smart card reader , tablets or smartphones using NFC or qrcodes.
- User account : This is the front office part of the platform. End users may register and connect to their personal account, allowing modification of personal details, follow up of pass activities, expiry date. They may also acces dedicated pass web sites, mobile apps, online webshop...
The Tourist Office of Mulhouse has chosen the Otipass company to digitize its City Pass, available until now as paper vouchers.
The Pass is supplied as a foldable tourist guide, listing all Points of Interest accessible in Mulhouse town and its surrounding area. The tourist guide includes an NFC chip to be easily read by all City Pass equipments.
In 2017 Paris, Bordeaux, La Métropole de Lille, Reims, Grenoble, Villeneuve sur Lot and Pass Alsace will publish an app on the Apple and Android stores to digitally promote their collectivity.
